AMERSFOORT – AREPA, a global leader in technical equipment restoration, preventive maintenance, and inspection services, has announced the appointment of Jurgen Jeelof as Technical Manager. In this role, Jurgen will play a critical role in overseeing project success and maintaining client relations.
Jurgen has worked in the Oil, Gas, and Renewables onshore and offshore industries since 2013. He has been an Offshore Supervisor for several global companies during his career. In his most recent contract, he served as a Site Manager of Smart Infrastructure, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Jurgen is GWO certified and is also trained to conduct assessments on vessels or platforms on and offshore.
Jesse van Leersum, the Managing Director of AREPA Benelux, expressed his excitement for Jurgen's appointment. Jesse stated that “Jurgen's background in renewable energy and on and offshore industries make him an excellent fit for AREPA and our clientele." He also added that Jurgen’s “leadership skills will be valuable to the team while coordinating and completing projects.”
